It seems some of us are confusing joining the website with joining the actual game. Apologies to all. I would still like that activation code I've heard so much about. :) I know this is a labor of love, not a business, so I will be patient.

Hi Itaka,

have you put in a ticket? I believe that's required to get your activation code.

I put my ticket in and I'm waiting for the fabled activation code! Any ideas as to where I could find it!?

I just received what I think is the activation code. I clicked on it set up the password. It said account activated and I still get "Automatic registration is disabled" Also It would help if your "Help Tickets and Bug Reports" section could actually be used.

Within the email containing the activation code is a link for you to use.

What can't you use in the ticket system? We receive tickets daily from many users who don't seem to have a problem so more insight into what technical issues you are experiencing with the ticket system would be beneficial to troubleshooting your issue.


With out that information its kind of hard to address any issues as we are not currently seeing any.

Me and a friend put in tickets last night, we haven't heard anything yet. I do understand that you guys are busy people but we were just wondering when our tickets will be processed. ^^"

Welcome WolfenKommando,

The guys were working on a couple in depth things yesterday. I have passed along info on your pending tickets.

It may be a bit spotty today with family stuff but they will get to as quickly as possible.

A friend of mine has been trying to sign up. It has been 2 or three says and she has not heard back on her ticket. Her username is sissifiss.
